Knapczyk Wedding | Alpine Banquets | Chicago Wedding Photographer

June 4, 2019

We may have had a little rain, but the Knapczyk wedding was beautiful from start to end. Michelle and Jasiu tied the knot on May 11, 2019 at St. Cyril Church in Lemont, IL. Immediately following the ceremony, there was a luncheon held at Crystal Grand Banquets in Lemont, IL.  After the luncheon, the bridal party headed over to the Pilcher Park Bird Haven Greenhouse & Conservatory in Joliet, IL. The Greenhouse & Conservatory, which features exquisite florals, a tropical house, and a cacti room, was an awesome location that offered indoor options to keep the bridal party from the rain.

The mauve, magenta, and lilac shades of the bouquets complemented the accents of purple Michelle chose for her day. All of these details came together at the reception, which was held in Alpine Banquets in Darien, IL. So much attention to detail was put into the glamorous Ballroom and Swiss Room of the banquet hall, and there was no shortage of horsd’oeuvres with the beautifully crafted treats created by Sweet Tables by Zosia.

My favorite part of the day was towards the end when Michelle and Jasiu danced to a variety of their favorite songs on the dance floor. This moment encompasses so much of their relationship because they used to go out dancing all of the time when they first started dating. She later shared with me that being with Jasiu is easy. Being with him just always made sense, and she realized how much of a fit they are for each other once these became official. It’s absolutely fitting that they chose Jason Aldean’s “You Make it Easy” as the song to their first dance.¬†Congratulations Michelle and Jasiu! I had a blast with you on your most important day!
