Artifact Events Wedding

Artifact Events, located in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago, is a unique and beautiful venue for an industrial wedding. Kelsey and Kevin were married on November 19, 2022, and their wedding day was incredible!

The day began at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, where the couple started getting ready for the day. This is a great getting ready location, as you are just walking distance to the Chicago River. Additionally, the Raised rooftop bar offers some great views of the skyline, which is where Kelsey and Kevin would exchange their first look.

It was a chilly November day in Chicago, and the couple chose to take portraits at the Civic Opera House (sometimes called the Lyric Opera Building) right in the heart of Chicago.

The couple chose to get married in Chicago because it it the city where they met, grew up in, and fell in love it. One of their priorities was to be married in a Catholic Church. The ceremony took place at the iconic St. Clement Catholic Parish. Afterwards, the wedding party would head to the venue to continue the wedding day celebration. Kelsey described her wedding day vision as bringing their big Irish-Catholic families and friends together, with a BIG dance floor and good wine. Bluewater Kings Band always brings the best energy and filled the dance floor with all of Kelsey and Kevin’s favorite people.
