Bridgeport Art Center Wedding

The Bridgeport Art Center is a stunning wedding venue located on the Chicago River. Dominique and John were married on November 11, 2022 in the award-winning Skyline Loft room of the Bridgeport Art Center, and the wedding was nothing short of a fairy-tale.

The day began at the Westin Chicago River North hotel, where the bride and all of the girls started getting ready for the day. The beauty team, Hair by Lisa Murphy and Makeup by America F, did a fabulous job of making everyone look glam.

Dominique and John chose to do a first look, which was on the patio of 320 RiverBar. John’s face says everything you need to know about how special this moment was for the couple. A first look is often my favorite moment of the day because the couple truly is able to soak in all of the emotions of the day with just each other. Later, the bridal party, as well as the immediate families of the couple, traveled to the Wrigley Building and Lyric Opera House for portraits.

Once everyone arrived at The Bridgeport Art Center, we had time to take some additional photos in the Sculpture Garden. The ceremony was held in the Skyline Loft, a large space with stunning views of the Chicago Skyline. The floral designs by Juliet Tan Floral Design and rentals by Art of Imagination transformed the space into something truly magical. Another one of the many highlights from this amazing day was having the dueling pianos from Howl at the Moon performing through the night, as all of the guests danced and celebrated the newlyweds.
