Café Brauer is a wedding venue located in the heart of Chicago, IL. As part of the Windy City’s Lincoln Park Zoo, the café provides a truly one-of-a-kind setting.

Hannah and Ryan tied the knot on a July summer day in 2023. The day began as they both got wedding-ready at the historic Chicago boutique hotel: Hotel Lincoln. This getting ready location, full of charm and beauty, set the stage for the classic detail photos, bridesmaid champagne pops, first look with dad, etc.

Soon after the ladies from Rare Bird Beauties completed everyone’s glamorous look and made certain that the bridal party looked perfect, it was time to head to Lincoln Park for the first look. Ryan was waiting for Hannah on the bridge over South Pond, and the moment shared between these two was beautiful. The first look was followed by portraits throughout Lincoln Park nature walk with the bride and groom, as well as the bridal party. The lush greenery throughout the park served as a breathtaking setting for portraits, truly capturing the vibrant summer season in Chicago.

Meanwhile, the team from Ohana Events Chicago and Dilly Lily were busy setting the stage for the ceremony and reception. The picturesque Cafe Brauer effortlessly combines the elements of romance, formality, and timeless charm. The intricate details of Hannah and Ryan’s wedding day vision blended harmoniously to create a visual symphony. The formal black-tie theme of the wedding added an extra touch of grandeur to the day. The guests, in their glamorous attire, perfectly complemented the overall ambiance. Hannah radiated pure elegance, as she walked down the aisle in her Alena Lena dress from Alice in Ivory.

Later, during the reception, laughter and joy filled the air, mingling with the sounds of clinking glasses and heartfelt toasts. It was as if time stood still, leaving only memories that will weave themselves into the tapestry of two families coming together to unite as one.

A summary of this whimsical day would not be complete without shouting out not only the talented Rod Tuffcurls Band, (an absolute favorite of the bride and groom and many of the guests!), but also Hannah’s breathtaking violin performances with the band. It was absolutely a wedding to remember. Congratulations newlyweds!!
