Cog Hill Country Club, located in Lemont, IL, provides a refined elegance for a beautiful summer wedding space. Katie and Adam’s gorgeous June wedding was nothing short of perfect. The day began with the couple getting ready at their respective childhood homes. The bridal beauty team from Rare Bird Beauties did an incredible job of making the bride, bridesmaids, and everyone who helped Katie get ready for the big day look beautiful.

The ceremony was as romantic as it was traditional. Family and friends gathered at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in La Grange, IL. The bride and groom’s love for each other radiated through every moment. One of the sweetest moments of this traditional Catholic ceremony was when the priest incorporated a fishing pole to recreate the story of the couple’s first date together. The personal stories made every moment of the ceremony heartfelt and sentimental.

Meanwhile at the venue, everyone was hard at work making sure every detail was being executed perfectly. From the floral centerpieces by Bella Flora Weddings, the natural light flowing into the rustic reception space, to the masterpiece of a wedding cake by Orland Park Bakery, the ambiance of the reception was flawless.

The golf course provided a stunning backdrop for bridal portraits on this perfect summer day. The lush greenery and meticulously manicured fairways complemented the elegance of the occasion, as well as Katie’s sage color palette. As the golden sun set over the golf course, it created a warm and dreamy golden hour. Meanwhile, back at the reception, laughter and joy filled the air as family and friends gathered to celebrate this beautiful couple.
