Naperville Wedding Photographer

Not even a global pandemic can stop this #greatamericanwedding from happening! Joey and Diana had been planning their big day since their engagement in July of 2019, with one of the greatest challenges being the never ending shifting and changing of plans. The two have managed to maintain a positive attitude and optimism throughout the entire process.

With the Illinois standards recently moving into Phase 4, they were able to pull off an amazing wedding while maintaining all social distancing guidelines! The ceremony took place at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Naperville, followed by an outdoor parade of family and friends who were not able to be inside for the ceremony.

The Naperville Riverwalk is special to Diana and Joey. This is where they go on their weekly Sunday stroll for ice cream and frozen yogurt. There is a bridge that they always cross on these Sunday walks, which is the bridge where Joey popped the question to Diana last year. Having all of their bridal party portraits at this very location made it all that much special for them.

Diana and Joey consider themselves to be pretty old school, and this wedding showcased all of the traditional things in life they value most: faith, family, and freedom! I cannot wait for the postponed celebration with their full guest list that will take place in exactly one year for their vow renewal! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
