When Rochelle reached out to me about a last minute maternity session at the Field Museum, I was so excited that our schedules aligned! A maternity session is usually scheduled around the 30 week mark of pregnancy (around 7 months). Rochelle wasn’t originally going to do a maternity shoot, but when she reached out she shared she wouldn’t want to look back and regret not doing these. And I’m so glad she did!

Pregnancy is a special time in your life and is a unique experience for every woman. Whether you are feeling like your most natural, feminine and beautiful self, or counting down the days until you meet your little one, you deserve to chronicle your journey to motherhood.

March can be a hit or a miss in Chicago. However, we scheduled this shoot to have that golden hour glow, and I just love how these turned out. Congratulations to these soon-to-be parents. I cannot wait to meet your little one soon!
