Fishermen’s Inn Wedding

Fishermen’s Inn is notable for its modern, rustic barn look. It’s located on 20 acres of land with gorgeous ponds. We couldn’t have dream of a more perfect day on May 7, 2022. After weeks of so much rainy weather in Chicago, the tulips were in full bloom for Kelly and Matt’s big day!

The Day

The day started with hair and make-up done for the bridal party by the Patty McGuire Bridal Team in the bridal suite of Fishermen’s Inn. Meanwhile, Matt and his groomsmen were getting ready in the groom’s pub.

This location is perfect for every part of a wedding day, including portraits and first looks. It’s a true “one stop shop.” Kelly and Matt’s wedding at Fishermen’s Inn was one for the books. Kelly shared a first look with her dad, and it was one of the most special moments of the day. But the most anticipated moment was definitely Kelly’s first look with her groom. Matt’s reaction was priceless to his beautiful bride.

After being together for almost 8 years, Kelly and Matt were so ready to become husband and wife. The ceremony arch by florist, Designs by Janet, did an amazing job on this stunning installation! During the unity candle lighting, Matt’s sister sang a song for the couple. Matt and Kelly’s dads came together to also sing for everyone at the ceremony. The performances were an amazing touch to their wedding day, as the couple is so family-oriented.
