When Julia reached out to me for engagement photos, there was only one thing she knew for sure: To have Maggie Daley Park be the location. I loved this! Being South Loopers, we are lucky enough to call this stunning place our backyard. Julia shared with me that she and Sumit often go on walks through the park together, so of course it was the perfect spot to capture their love. In fact, the season was also symbolic of the couple’s love story. As winter quickly approaches Chicago, Julia reminisces that it was wintertime when Sumit proposed. It was at the ice rink at Millennium Park that the two made things official. Sumit had also arranged for the families to meet the newly engaged couple after ice skating to celebrate their big news. Julia and Sumit have set the date for August of 2019.
