The soft, golden hour light of a summer evening creates the perfect backdrop for a romantic garden engagement session. One of my absolute favorite locations that showcases an array of summer blooms is Cantigny Park located in Wheaton, IL! Cantigny Park is packed with various gardens, trails, museums, and picnic areas, making it a magical atmosphere to capture your love.

Amanda and Anthony met in High School Spanish class. Anthony was a Senior and Amanda was a Junior, and alphabetically they sat next to each other. Anthony ended up asking Amanda to homecoming that year. After seven years of dating, Anthony proposed on Dec. 26th 2022 in the Gazebo behind his childhood home. He decorated the gazebo in flowers and candles and proposed at night. The couple celebrated with both of their families afterwards with lots of champagne!

Anthony says it took him months to find the perfect ring. He wanted something that would look amazing, that Amanda would love wearing/showing off. He finally found “the one” one week before he proposed and was so excited to give it to her. Anthony he was ready to propose to Amanda because of the way she made him feel. “After years of dating she still gives me butterflies in my stomach, and I miss her every minute we aren’t together.”
