Izabela and Joe planned the most perfect Polish-Italian wedding, rich with culture and traditions. Their summertime Chicago wedding was everything a bride dreams her wedding day will be! All of the time spent planning every special detail came together on June 11, 2022, when the day started with hair and makeup at the bride’s parents house. The couple exchanged the sweetest first look before heading to the city for their Catholic ceremony at St. Joseph Church.
After the ceremony, the bridal party arrived at Cantigny Park for portraits. Mother nature gave us a little sprinkle of rain, but it only lasted a short while (just enough for some of that rainy wedding day luck!). You can always count on Cantigny Park and their beautifully manicured gardens for an idyllic portrait location to take your bridal party!
Later, the reception at Concorde Banquets was not one to be missed! Every single detail was executed exceptionally, and the appetizer/sweet tables were a particular favorite! Izabela and I even joked at one point that she can be a wedding planner after this wedding, and after seeing the amount of detail that went into the reception space, I absolutely agree with her!
My favorite part of capturing this special day, though, would have to be how much the couple soaked in every special moment and truly enjoyed being alongside each other for the larger portion of the day!
