Company 251 Aurora, IL Wedding

Company 251, located in Aurora, IL, is a modern, luxury event space perfect for a dream wedding. The large open spaces throughout the venue, white exposed brick walls, numerous windows letting in natural light, make this a light and airy photographer’s dream space! Erin and Kyle had the most perfect day celebrating their love on July 1, 2022.

The day started at Hotel Arista in Naperville, where the couple, their families, and bridal party prepped for the big day. Erin is the third and final of her sisters to become wed. Therefore, she incorporated so many special moments throughout the day, such as her sisters helping her into her dress, the first look with her dad, and one of the most special father-daughter dances I’ve seen in my five years of capturing weddings.

Fabyan Forest Preserve was chosen for the couple’s first look, as well as all of the portraits with the bridal party. The forecast was showing all sorts of rain and storms each hour leading up the first look. But luckily, Mother Nature pulled through for this group, and we had the BEST overcast light the entire time we were there.

Later at the venue, the emotion at the ceremony was palpable. The personal vows the couple wrote for one other were sentimental and heartfelt. The entire room could feel how much these two are loved by everyone in the room and each other. Erin and Kyle are the first JDP couple that booked photography BEFORE they picked their wedding date and venue, which is something that will always be so special to me.
